We begin each class with a series of mindful movements to ignite the mind-body connection.

Then, we turn up the HEAT aka High Energy Athletic Training.

Body-weight strength, power, conditioning exercises and speed, agility, quickness drills.

You are also free to run a few miles on the water and loop back for the finish.

Working the legs and lungs. Shredding abs. Sculpting glutes. Floating butterflies. Stinging bees.

Maybe bring a friend, for sure make a new one.
